I just started rowing indoor almost a year ago, have never actually rowed on the water. One of my cardiac rehab patients did a lot of rowing and introduced me to your website. This past year I have logged almost 4 million metres and currently have two number one times for the year and few others that are number two or three. I absolutely love the feeling I get after a rowing workout, it is the best total body workout there is: legs, arms, core, everything. I went to my first meet in February and placed 2nd, my goal is to qualify for a free trip to Boston next year, so close this year...
